Privacy · plain-English policy

Your data, treated like a passenger.

We collect the minimum needed to drive you, guard it carefully, never sell it, and delete it when it has done its job. The full policy below says exactly that — at length, because the law likes detail.

Privacy Policy, in full.

What we collect

When you book we collect your name, phone number, email address if provided, pickup and destination addresses, and journey details such as times, flight numbers, passenger counts and luggage. If you pay account-based, we hold billing details for invoicing.

When you contact us we keep the correspondence. When you use the website, the booking forms process the details you type; see the cookie policy for what the site stores in your browser.

Why we use it

To quote, book, dispatch and complete your journeys; to contact you about a live booking; to invoice account customers; to meet record-keeping duties that apply to licensed private hire operators; and to handle lost property, feedback and complaints.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

The assigned driver sees what they need to complete your journey — name, pickup, destination and contact for the job. Our dispatch and office team access records to run the service. Providers we use to operate (such as mapping and communications services) process data under their own safeguards.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires — including the booking records private hire operators must keep and produce.

How long we keep it

Booking and journey records are retained for the periods our operator licensing requires, and accounting records for the periods tax law requires. Beyond legal minimums, records are kept only while useful for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion where the law allows, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact the office and we will respond promptly — and plainly.

If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
