Call or WhatsApp dispatch with the journey details — date, time, pickup, your name. Because every booking is logged, we identify your exact driver in seconds and contact them immediately, usually while you wait.
Found items can be returned three ways: the driver swings back where practical (a standard fare for the trip may apply — the honest cost of the journey), you collect from the office by arrangement, or for small items we can arrange postage at cost.
High-value items are logged at the office and stored securely until reunited. Identification may be asked for on collection — you would want the same protecting your property.
Items unclaimed after a reasonable period are dealt with as legislation and good conscience direct — documents to issuing bodies, the rest to charity where appropriate. We hold things longer than rules demand, because people travel.
Lost phones cannot answer themselves — message dispatch from any other number or email, and consider lock-screen owner details for the future. We answer numbers we do not recognise precisely because of you.
