Cookies · browser storage

Cookies: the short version.

This site stores almost nothing. A few entries make the booking forms work and remember sensible choices; analytics, if enabled, counts visits. No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no creepiness.

What this site stores

Functional storage: the booking forms keep your in-progress journey details (pickup, destination, passengers, luggage) in your browser so quotes carry between pages and an interrupted booking can resume. Your preferences — like a chosen navigation app on the driver pages — are remembered locally.

These entries live in your browser, are not used to profile you, and most expire or are replaced as you use the forms.

Analytics

Where analytics is enabled it counts visits and page views (via Google Analytics) so we know which guides help. These cookies identify a browser, not a named person, and we do not connect them to your bookings.

Third parties

Maps and address autocomplete are provided by Google Maps; using the quote form involves Google processing the addresses you type under its own policies. Payment providers, when live card payment launches, will set their own strictly-functional cookies at checkout.

Your choices

Block or clear cookies freely in your browser — the site keeps working, though forms may forget in-progress details. Browser settings can also limit analytics, and we honour the choices your browser expresses.
